1. Using Pora Cloud

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Pora Cloud, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and files you upload to Pora Cloud ("Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to upload and process your Content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pora Cloud to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use or share;
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• Use the service to process sensitive data in violation of applicable law.

4. Early access & changes to the service

Pora Cloud is currently offered as an early access product. Features, availability, and pricing may change as the product evolves, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the service.

5. Intellectual property

Pora Cloud, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Principium Technology and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Pora Cloud is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Principium Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pora Cloud.

8. Termination

You may stop using Pora Cloud and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page or through other reasonable means. Continued use of Pora Cloud after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
