Pora Cloud ("Pora Cloud," "we," "us," or "our") is a product of Principium Technology. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Pora Cloud, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk.
Content you upload. Files, spreadsheets, and other data you upload to Pora Cloud in order to use the service.
Usage data. Basic information about how you use the app, such as projects created and features used, so we can maintain and improve the service.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain Pora Cloud;
- Process and analyze the data you upload, at your direction, using AI-assisted tools;
- Communicate with you about your account or the service;
- Improve and secure the platform.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded data to train shared or third-party AI models.
3. Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties to operate Pora Cloud, including Clerk for authentication, Anthropic for AI-assisted data processing, and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and storage. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
4. Data retention
We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
5. Your rights
You may access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us. If you are located in a jurisdiction with additional data protection rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or the CCPA), you may have further rights over your information; contact us to exercise them.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting data to your own account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
