What is Pora Cloud?+
Pora Cloud is an AI-powered data intelligence platform. Upload messy data from spreadsheets, documents, or websites, and Pora captures, organizes, enriches, and helps you automate it — without writing code.
What kind of files can I upload?+
You can start with CSV files today. Support for additional formats (spreadsheets, documents, and direct integrations) is on our roadmap — let us know what you need via the contact link below.
How does the AI processing work?+
When you upload a dataset, Pora analyzes its structure, suggests cleanup and organization steps, and can classify or enrich rows using AI. You stay in control — Pora suggests, you decide what to apply.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No. Your uploaded data is used only to process your own datasets and is not used to train third-party or shared AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is my data secure?+
Your data is stored in an isolated workspace tied to your account and is only accessible to you. Data is encrypted in transit. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.
Do I need to know how to code?+
No. Pora Cloud is designed for non-technical users — upload a file, and the interface guides you through cleaning, organizing, and exporting your data.
